Earth 4 Energy Review – Going Green Just got Easier

Posted by Trevas On February - 22 - 2009

Update September 27th 2009: After reviewing the newest guide to alternative energy Green Power Easy, I am now recommending that as the #1 guide to alternative energy. You can read my Green Power Easy Review, or You can read John O’Ryans Green Power Easy Review to confirm that it is the new top guide to alternative energy.

Today I am reviewing an eBook that I think anyone interested in a greener world should read. The book is called Earth 4 Energy, and it isn’t just an eBook it is a package that teaches you how to take your home off the grid. That is, it walks you step-by-step through converting your home to power generated by the sun or by the wind. This one was written and designed by Michael Harvey, and I am recommending to anyone who is interested in going green.

The whole package includes an eBook, a video learning series that takes you step-by-step through building windmills and solar panels, and diagrams to help you put it all together. Buying this one will set you back about $49.97, but in my opinion it’s well worth its cost.

The book and videos basically teach you how to build your own windmill, and how to build solar panels for your home. It walks you through all of the steps needed to convert your home to off-grid power, and it teaches you how to do it for a fraction of the cost that it would to get the same work done professionally.

This is actually one topic that I am quite knowledgeable about, and I think the world needs this book/video series.

There is one main reason that most people never consider switching their homes to alternative power, and that reason is price. To have a professional come out and install solar panels, or to buy a commercial windmill the costs can be astronomical ($10,000 to $50,000 the last time I looked into it). With the Earth 4 Energy program cost becomes less of a factor.

Michael Harvey makes the focus of this package on converting your home cheaply. He teaches you how to build solar panels and windmills out of parts that are mostly available in your local hardware store. He gives you ways to get deep cycle batteries to store energy for free. He even walks you through how to create portable solar panels that you can take with you camping or anywhere else. If you follow this guide you will be able to switch your power-consumption over to a greener alternative and you won’t have to spend $10,000 to do it!

I’m personally big on going green, and I am highly recommending this e-book/video series to anyone else who feels the same.
