Fiction eBook Reviews – Have you read a good book lately?

Posted by Trevas On December - 1 - 2008

We would like to begin offering fiction eBook reviews to our readers. Obviously with only 4 of us writing for this site our reviews would be limited to what we read. So we are asking for the help of our readers.

Have you read a good book lately? Is it available in eBook format?

If so we would love to be able to post your eBook review. We are looking for fiction eBook reviews that list title, author, etc, and then cover the following:

  • Theme analysis – Did the book have a theme? Was there one strong message that came from the book when you were finished reading?
  • A brief overview/summary of the plot (without giving the whole story away to our readers)
  • Your opinion of the book as a whole
  • Brief character analysis – Were the characters flat or round? How did the characters help the plot and theme of the book?

If you are unsure if your latest book is available in ebook format, some of the larger sites that sell eBooks include (not an extensive list):

MobiPocket

FictionWise

eBooks.com

Books on Board

CyberRead

That list is in no way an extensive list of eBook sellers. If you have a fiction eBook that you bought from another source, please just quote the site in your review.

For anyone interested in helping use with eBook reviews, you can send your eBook to trevas@ebookguru.org and I will post it on site with the following weeks issues. Be sure to include an address for your own blog so that we can link back to the review-authors site.

On last note: Any reviews that are sent to us must be unique. That is, even if you post the review on your own blog it must differ from the one that you have us post. This is to avoid a drop in Search Engine ranking for both our site and yours (duplicate content rates poorly).
